“Hamburg Family Medicine has a convenient location in the town of Hamburg. The staff is friendly, sometimes the phones can get backed up, but still nowhere near as badly as at Southgate Medical Group (I and my family would typically be on hold for a half hour or longer each time.) My primary physician (Dr. Masyga) is above and beyond the best doctor I've ever had. He's been my primary physician for 4 years now. He really listens to his patients and he's very personable. He has those "soft skills" when it comes to jobs that are vacant at most places you go nowadays. Absolutely a 5/5 place to go.”

Gave me all the sense of relief, & confidence that I needed to go into having the Gastric Bypass surgery. Rite now, this is absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made. My highest weight 286lbs. Day of surgery I was 271lbs. Today, March 26th, I’m roughly around 220lbs or a little bit less, & still losing. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. Plus, I can hear again!”
