I’m usually very anxious about being in new places with new people, but Marianne and her staff provided a perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. I left the office today laughing as if I had just left a group of friends I was casually hanging out with, even though I had just taken a major medical step forward to improve my quality of life. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would. “I have read a lot of reviews here, and the negative ones make it seems like I'm reading about a hospital in an alternate reality. I have been to this hospital many times and have never had anything but great care there. It's very clean, the hospital staff is caring and helpful, the doctors and nurses that I have been associated with have been amazing. They treat you like you're family. Yes, you sometimes have to wait at the emergency room, but that's the way it is at all hospitals, in my experience. We are so luck to have a small local hospital in our area that has caring, quality doctors, nurses, and staff. They have been working hard in the last several years to bring in specialists so we don't have to go to Buffalo. As far as the review about the emergency room not letting anyone go in with their loved one, I have never seen that. Their rule is to let one person go in with each patient. I have personally experienced that several times at all times of day and night. They have even let two people go in on occasion. When the emergency room doctor had to give me the news that my mom was terminal, he let my husband come in also to help me cope with such bad news. Long live Bertrand Chaffee Hospital!”

I can't say going to the dentist is an "enjoyable" experience, but the cleaning I had there today was the closest thing I've had to one! Very friendly staff. Informative. Great communication. The saliva ejector is see-through! By far the most fun temperature sensor I've ever come across guarding the entrance. What more could you ask for?”

“The staff is beyond incredible here. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and ready to help - always. Clean facility, plenty of parking, elevators are available as well as stairs with motivational signs as you ascend/descend them. Bathrooms are easily found and are also quite clean. You have the ability to check in from your phone (in your car or outside the building) when you arrive and can get a text message letting you know when to come in and see your doctor. There are also self check in kiosks available if you'd rather not wait in line. I will note that if it's your first time or if you have more than one appointment, you cannot use the kiosk to check in. At the time of this review, masks are required in the building at all times. There is hand sanitizer available at every turn. There is also plenty of space throughout the building to keep a distance from others. Unfortunately I've been through a fair share of medical issues which means I've been to a lot of different doctors. I've lived in several states across the country and the BMG has been absolutely top notch compared to many places I've visited over the decades. You will be well taken care of here.”
