“Very nice Doctor. Welcoming and informative. Interested in what you had to say and provided solid recovery information. Extremely large facility at Excelsior. Well staffed yet still had a good 45 minute wait time while being shuffled through various waiting rooms and areas. Check in at front. Go to waiting room. Called to another waiting room. Called up to check in and pay then moved to another waiting room. Wait there, call into exam room, and waited again. Kind of hectic when you have a bum knee but it was comfortable and friendly in the areas so overall not too bad. The doctor was efficient, informative and I’m doing great 2 days later. Overall worth it but be prepared for the assembly line moving while not feeling too great. :).”

“I have NEVER experienced a long wait here. The nurses, receptionists, and Doctors are pleasant to deal with and also VERY helpful! The main reason I gave a 4 star is because I feel they should have some later hours, and if not later hours, then maybe be open a few hours on Saturday. Just one more reason for not a full 5 star review is that the last doctor/nurse practitioner had said, a couple of times now that he would be taken off the Miralax if he had stayed the same with having no problems; which he had not. He has been on it for quite a long time now, and I feel that he should have at least started the weining process...”
