We were expecting our first child, Troy got us on his schedule and got right to work. Troy was responsive, transparent, honest, and skilled. I work with contractors for a living in highway construction. I made it clear I didn’t want to play games, and Troy made it clear that’s not how he operates, and he delivered on that promise. If he saw another solution that was better/cheaper, he called me right away. He would call while buying materials to make sure I approved of type and cost. He also went above and beyond when unexpected issues came up. All in all, I would recommend these guys to anybody. You’re getting a fairly priced contractor who takes pride in his work, communicates effectively, and he and his crew are just genuinely nice, caring people.
