Heidi is wonderful - there isn't enough words to describe how impressed I was with how well she does her job. She gave me hope when I was told by so many I had none! I appreciate all the work she did to help me with my case, I appreciate her reassurance and positivity when I met with her and spoke with her. She and Diane are great with communication, I never waited long for a response. Any questions I had Diane was always there to answer them within a reasonable time - same day! Their patience with me during this time was the most appreciated! I will most definitely be using Heidi again if the cause arises again!
