Bolt Storage

The experience was great the woman on the phone was very helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about right out the bat I was able to get the last 20 by 20 storage unit at a special discount of $95 for the first two months which was great and the fact that they provide a code to get in and a lock to use right away and it's fenced in and feel safe is obviously a plus for myself or anybody in my book. Very easy to work with she was very polite and I was happy to be able to work with her to go through the experience.

I had a great experience with Bolt storage. Finding my unit and lock was very easy. The establishment was clean and tidy. There were carts and dollys right there available to help move your things with no additional charges. There prices are the best around. I'm very pleased I decided to rent from bolt.

Drove over two hours after leaving camp w my stuff and didn’t have a lock on the floor. Luckily I was able to call a number and get a new lock from the box and get my things in the storage. Looks a little barren but otherwise ok. My unit is clean and I found a cart to use to bring my stuff in and I retuned it back. That was helpful!

Original unit booked online had a pillar in it but was easily resolved with help of attendant and calling customer service to change. Overall experience was very good unit was clean.
