Ruby & Quiri

I have bought furniture and appliances from Ruby and Quiri for over 15 years now. They have always been fair in their price and excellent in their service and repair (thanks Ken!). Their effort to provide quality customer service is unlike my experiences at other Appliance/Furniture providers who all but ignore you. When my fridge I bought last year was having problems a few day before Christmas with relatives pouring in they lent me a Fridge until mine could be fixed. When my old Range Oven finally bit the dust and I needed a replacement right away and with everything delayed weeks or months out they sold me the one off the floor so I wouldn't have to be without. They know what people want and that is a honorable and compassionate community member and not just another vendor with their hand in your pocket.

We have purchase furniture and appliances from Ruby & Quiri for years. They are our first stop when we are looking to buy. Our refrigerator stopped working suddenly two days before the holidays and Amber was able to get us a loaner fridge within hours to make it through a house full of company and groceries thus saving my sanity!

Great selection of furniture! Been in several times trying to decide and the sales people have always been friendly and helpful. Just purchased a beautiful sofa and chair set. Our salesman, Tony was helpful and very personable. We highly recommend Rubi & Quiri for your next furniture purchase.

Our sales person was Austin who was very professional, he took the time and listen to our needs. At the end there was no pressure and contacted me quickly with answers to the questions we had left him. As a customer should do diligence, we went to some competitors and went back to Ruby & Quiri to finalize our order. We are quite pleased with our purchase price and the delivery date that we were given, as we have a time line also. We have used Ruby & Quiri on other occasions and will continue to include them with our purchases when needed. Thank you Austin and be Safe!

We purchased a bed hoping that after having bilateral knee surgery, it would provide more restful sleep than sleeping in a recliner. Unfortunately this was not the case. To start, when we went to pick it up, the two guys who brought the base out dropped it abruptly and carelessly onto the truck bed and walked away without so much as a word or helping to put the supposedly correct mattress on the truck, leaving my husband to attempt putting the mattress on the truck bed by himself until another customer who was waiting for a mattress, helped my husband put the mattress on the truck-- the base did not function properly after we had brought it home and set it up. We contacted the warehouse manager, Corey, who called back and was helpful. We also contacted the sales rep, Tony, about the situation of the bed not working properly a couple days later. A new base was delivered along with the correct mattress by two guys who were great. After being unable to get proper sleep/rest, we tried to contact the same sales rep with no call back after almost a week to see what could be done. We finally called the owner, Rick, about the situation. He was very understanding and explained to some degree what could be done as they were not in the store at that time. We talked to Jeff about returning the base with explanations from him about what was to happen with the return. Upon returning the base, a guy named Tony, who works in the warehouse, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When my husband went into the store to get the refund, he stated that the sales rep who we bought the bed from, turned the other way and did not acknowledge him. This experience was not the greatest but not the worst either.
