Jonathan did a wonderful job cleaning out our moms house after our estate sale. He was on time, efficient, and very kind and considerate.
Every part of the house from the upstairs to the basement was clean and orderly after Jonathan completed his work. He definitely exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend him!

Thanks to Johnathan and his staff for being truly professional in helping our family through this process. They did everything they said they would do from start to finish in a very timely manner. When we walked in and saw how the house was set up for the sale, we were amazed! All of the items were artfully displayed and just invited buyers. My brother and I are so pleased with the services provided by Jonathan, Gary, and the staff. Everything was handled quickly, professionally and respectfully, and they made the daunting (and very emotional) task of handling my family’s estate so much easier than I ever thought it would be. The time and work that must have gone into prepping, running, and doing the clean out afterwards had to be enormous, yet the team made it look easy. I cannot say enough about Jonathan and Gary and the blessing that their services were. My father passed away quite unexpectedly leaving my brother and I with a lifetime full of belongings to sort through. We had no idea how we were going to sell/donate/dispose of everything. We got Jonathan’s name and reached out to him. He came to the house and went through everything thoroughly. Where we saw “stuff”, he saw possibility. He and Gary set everything up so well that the sale was a huge success. Then they went about the task of cleaning everything up. And when I say everything, I mean everything!! Not a single item was left in the house. And the cost to set up the sale, run the sale, and completely clean the house out was beyond reasonable! Did I mention that they cleaned everything out?!!!! I had no idea that amazing folks like Jonathan and Gary were out there. They also are incredibly professional, kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and the wonderful men who run it!

Jonathan and Gary did a fantastic job running the estate sale for an elderly family member of mine in Albany. Even though they had to deal with a huge amount of small collectibles in a very tight space, they were able to set things up in an artful and efficient way so that the house looked like a well-stocked antique store. It was a lot of effort for just a weekend sale but it helped to make the whole thing a great success.
After the sale they did a full clean out and left everything VERY clean.

They are professional, easy to work with, fair about pricing, and they obviously take pride in their work.
