“I have 2 12' kayaks and we recently purchased a travel trailer and they did not fit in the back of my truck. I needed kayak racks installed within 24 hours as we were leaving for vacation. “If Maple Knolls owned other complexes around the country, they would be my go to. Units are nice, public laundromat per building is very clean, balcony’s in great shape, and well conditioned lawn. The property manager is very professional and works fast on repairs himself. My unit had a problem with shower temperature fluctuations, they replaced parts inside walls for us. Snow removal is a little inconvenient, as the parking can be quite congested, especially around the holidays. But, side note of parking, they repaved the parking lot and it’s in excellent condition. I wish the community had better sidewalks, it’s less than a 10 minute walk to almost any store you need”

“i couldn't take pictures of the inside of the courthouse simple because court was in session. to see a courthouse that was built in 1772 and 246 years later is still doing what it was meant for gets 5 stars from me. the build is beautiful and i hope to come back to is the inside. but if you pick a nice day you can walk from the drumm house (1762) pass the courthouse and about another 10 minutes see the james burk tavern (1765) plus all the other old homes along the way. making this a very rewarding stop.”

“Johnson Hall was the residence of Sir William Johnson, an Irish pioneer who became an influential British Superintendent of Indian Affairs. Johnson was a very important colonist who did much to build the future United States even though he was working for the British. The home of William Johnson has been nearly completely restored and renovated in recent years. Each room is created or recreated to look as it would of when he owned the house in the 1700's. There are some artifacts and objects that did belong to Johnson that are in the house including a guest log and beaver fur blanket. A title from the King of Britain given to Johnson making him a Baron is also in the visitor center. The tour given discussed the life of William Johnson and his residence thoroughly. All parts of Johnson's life from his relationship with the Mohawks (they adopted him into their tribe), his family life, his role as a general in the French and Indian War, and his ownership of slaves are brought up on the tour. The are marks on the railings leading up the stairs, which might have been put there by the American Army when they occupied the house during the American Revolution. Johnson supposedly kept a wide variety of animals at his house including flamingos. There is a nice park outside the house which you can use also enjoy. Call ahead for a tour. Johnson Hall is open from May-October.”

“This was a really good drive in. The menu and prices were great! The screens were big enough and everyone who worked there was friendly. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 is I think there should have been someone directing cars and where they should park. Especially on the screen where we were, it's on an incline. A larger SUV and pick-up truck came in last minute and parked in the second row. They should have been in the back.”

“Had a problem with that new virus coming into my computer, claiming I visited a bad site and locked me out. I didn't visit any site it said.. It wanted me to pay $300 to remove some fbi warning. I called computer doctor and the guy removed it for a decent price of about $150 and all cleaned up and he made my computer work even faster than it did before the scam got into it. The computer doctor had my computer back in my hands in less than a day and told me that its a scam and they really don't remove it they just want your money for doing nothing. He gave me back my computer like nothing ever happened and I didn't lose anything. Well WORTH IT. I won't go anywhere else to get my computer fixed. Very kind, professional and great service.”
