AT&T Store

Natalie and Jordin are amazing and so very helpful! I loved having them as my sales reps and hanging out at the store with them! Both of them were very knowledgeable and personable! Everyone needs to go see them!

We had a problem switching my wife's phone number over from another carrier to AT&T. Jordin helped us so much we could have never done this by our self. He never gave up he is patient and a peoples person. We have never received such great service anywhere. this guy is terrific. There is no pressure sales here you get what you want not what some one else wants to sell you. Stop in and see Jordin he will surely take care of you. Thanks again Jordin for all your help.

The gentleman named Jordan is amazing!! so attentive and tended to my every ask. he 100% deserves a raise based solely on how he interacts with his customers! when i am in need of anything wireless i will be back to see him! the other women are ok but they surely looked like they did not want to be there.

Natalie was wonderful. She answered all my questions and spent over an hour with me, transferring everything to my new phone. I've been with ATT for over 20 years, since my very first cellphone. Thank you for providing qualified people to help those of us who are not cellphones "tech-ies". I have never been disappointed in the Batavia ATT store.
