Jason and Anthony were AWESOME! We bought a 2020 Tundra 1794 edition and it was the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever made! No haggling about trade in values! We drove from Greece to purchase and would do it again! Thanks Jason and Anthony!

Out of State Purchase: I recently bought a well maintained 2022 Chrysler 300 from this dealership. I've never had such a hassle free top notch experience with any other place so far.
Here are the details of what made for an amazing experience. I worked with Pasquale Rapone. He responded to my initial inquiry on a late Saturday evening and assured me of following up on Monday. He promptly did that. He took enough pictures of the vehicle, sent it to me and assured me of its showroom condition. I mentioned that I won't be able to spend much time at the dealership when taking delivery of the vehicle since I need to drive back on the same day (7 hour drive) and Pat(Pasquale) made sure of all arrangements from talking to my bank, arranging airport pick up (shout-out to Mike for a pleasant trip to the dealership), to making all arrangements so I only needed to sign a couple papers and was good to take delivery of the vehicle in less than 20 mins!! In my opinion, no other east coast dealership can top that. I can go on about how this place is truly customer friendly.
I have already spread the word to my friends and family about this dealership. If I ever needed a new Toyota or and used vehicle in the future, this is the place I'd go.

My husband and I have each purchased a used vehicle from Toyota of Batavia this year! Just love the only female salesperson there! She really knows her stuff! The finance manager knows his stuff as well. He is super funny too! Such friendly people! We will definitely go back there in the future!
