Very friendly staff, clean building, attentive to pets, punctual with appointment times. Excellent service and care!
Been with them for decades with my family they've always been fantastic. From the beginning when I was a child I can remember how well they treated all of my dogs and cats through the years. They've been amazing. I often recommend my friends to them. Quality speaks for itself.
I had to put my dog down and they were so thoughtful and kind and made the process less daunting. When I went to pick up her ashes they had a beautiful box a casting of her paw and clipping of her fur.
Wonderful veterinary team!
Over the past couple years I have visited regularly with my dog, and once along with a family member's dog during an emergency.
In my visits I have seen three different veterinarians, all of which have been exceptional.
At each appointment the staff at every level has always been patient, pleasant, kind, and efficient no matter the reason or urgency for the visit.
From tech to veterinarian the medical staff is consistently thorough with their exams, they explain things fully with detailed clarity, offering options if appropriate, and have always ensured any questions I have are answered.
Their commitment continues after visit as well with the follow up on reminders, test results or other wise via mail, email, and/or call.
Any veterinary bill can feel burdensome as an irregular, or perhaps sudden, expense that is without too much knowledge of what to expect, the fees here are on the lower side when considered in comparison to other veterinary clinics.
The team will also be extremely detailed and honest should you want to call and check in on the fees for anything expected and routine.
The only downside if I had to come up with one is that there is somewhat of a wait time in between contacts (check-in, initial/triage, nurse, veterinarian, then checkout) but it is quite worth it, especially considering that in an emergency they have gotten me in reasonably quickly.
I also have never felt rushed or that I need to be in any hurry when discussing my pet's health or any questions I might have along with it (often feel rushed by my own doctors so this is refreshing 👍).
In consideration of those emergencies of other pets and the time and attention I receive when it's our turn, I don't mind the wait time one bit for check ups, vaccinations, or other routine visits.
I feel beyond comfortable knowing my pet's health is at it's best with this vet and team as our partners :)
