We had the best experience. We had been shopping around for a camper for months before we came across Oak Hill Motors. Their customer service cannot be beaten. We highly recommend this business. They made me process so easy.

This is the only place I will bring my rig. My wife and I brought it back to have some additional work done due to minor damage that was caused by me (I'll stop their because the wife still gets mad) and a couple of new items to replace the old. This is a family owned business that truly wants to build long lasting friendships with their customers and that they put it first ahead of money. Not like those big franchise places that take your money and forget about you. Not only was my bill way under my estimate but they didn't charge me for a few items that was actually billable. It's pretty simple, if your don't care about your hard earned money, craftsmanship, loyalty,integrity, then go to one of those big fancy places that charge you for work never done or parts never installed and put profits ahead of customer loyalty. The request I would have is that they start selling more motorhomes because all their inventory are tow behinds and we were lucky to have gotten ours from them because they sold it to us on consignment. If you don't believe me just call or go their and see for yourself how amazing they truly are.

This family run company gets my vote for the best mom-pop-son family biz in the ❤️ of the Mohawk Valley. They work. They help. I feel like I made new friends. The owner's son was so careful installing things on my truck. Can't say enough!
