I have dealt with numerous brokers throughout New York City. The overall feeling that I got from these (supposed big named) brokers was that they were trying to push me into a quick sale. They found houses and apartments out of my budget and not within the area that I desired (up and coming is not what I want to hear). Mr. Weigert and his wife took their time to show me multiple houses in multiple areas all the while making me feel comfortable and answered every question in a timely and professional manner. The hardest part of buying a home for me is that I am indecisive, buying a home is a decision that should not be taken very lightly. My prior experience with other brokers showed me that some brokers just want to get you in the house and collect a commission while Ed wanted to find me a house was best suited for my budget in an area that I will be comfortable in. They did not find me a house they fiund me a home. There is something to be said about a modest sized reality operation compared to their larger sized pretentious competitors . The differences is you get the feeling that they are working for you and that not the feeling they are doing you a favor. I thank you both for everything and I hope one day we meet again
