Nice spend $60 my gurl was soo happy...at home she was playing like a princess with them..if you go in person you can pick and make your own bundle my focus was on flowers that smell good so the home will have that aromatic smell they didt had that many but it was perfect.. I will go back %100

I ordered an arrangement from a third party who contacted with Ben’s. It was promptly delivered but nothing like the picture of what I had ordered on line. The owner explained that he didn’t have the flowers requested, due to it being Valentine’s Day and the season (I was ordering the arrangement for a dinner party and not the holiday). I was given the option of receiving another arrangement the next day (still in time for my party) which I accepted. I wasn’t sure what type of flowers I would be receiving.
The arrangement showed up at the appointed time and I am so glad I took up the offer for a replacement. The arrangement I received was perfect and exactly what I wanted. While I am not sure why it took a second attempt I am most appreciative of the effort the owner and his staff made to provide a satisfactory arrangement. I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!
