“I love Dun-Rite. John takes incredible care of his clients & does his best to be available for all your inquiries and anything else as the project moves forward. I found them on Angie's List a year ago and was very pleased with the help they provided us at that time. They became my go to company for everything, including as an emergency contact for my property whenever I am away. I trust John to fairly assess & address anything that could go wrong in my absence. Additionally, as soon as I realized I needed my roof done, as well as a few other things on the property, I contacted him. He takes such good care of me & I feel like I am in good hands. Doing big jobs is stressful enough, that having a competent & caring contractor is a true gift. As many questions as I may have - is never too many for him, never too many calls, he is always gracious & kind as well as professional and will always give you a very good price. “Excellent Dentist. Little bit concerned with how our daughter was going to handle going to a dentist for the first time. She is 2 and a half and could be extremely difficult when we brush her teeth. Dr. Paul had an incredible way about himself. My wife and I were stunned at how comfortable he made our daughter. Letting her hold his tools before the examination were a great touch. Absolutely recommend his to anyone who’s looking for an excellent pediatric dentist. Also, his lovely mother was working the front desk. Warm and kind. Put on cartoons for my daughter in the waiting room while we filled out paperwork and let her pick a toy out of a toy chest when she was leaving. All around great great experience and we will be back.”

“This IS THE BEST VET IN NEW YORK CITY. I've never met a vet more committed to animals in my life. Dr. Appel performed an emergency surgery on my little Persian kitten. Kenny ate something that was blocking his digestive system. He was throwing up and wouldn't eat for days and most likely would have died without the surgery. After speaking with two other animal hospitals in Manhattan, I found this hospital. Unlike other surgeons, Dr. Appel took my fur baby in at around 11pm on a Friday! Most vets aren't even available that late at night without extra fees, but this Dr. was open and quoted me a much more affordable price. He was so attentive and helpful. He's been in business since the 70's and he's still got it! (I saw his diplomas from both Cornell and NYU on the wall in the office). I'm so happy to report my kitty is doing great (2 weeks after his procedure). I'd like to thank Dr. Appel and his staff for an amazing experience. Thank you for saving Kenny's life! “This place is my most favorite ‘comfort food that doesn’t empty the wallet’ type of diner ;) I adore all of the hardworking ladies and they’re ‘strong New Yawk’ accents. Yes, it’s not fancy but you certainly get a hefty and delicious portion for your money. Also, it feels like you’re part of the family when you first walk in which can be rare these days. I’m so glad I found this place because being a native Long Islander -Brooklynite (for a decade now) it’s hard to find a great diner that isn’t too expensive here in Bay Ridge! Love your ‘gem’ and can’t wait to bring my ‘son-to-be’ for our a Sunday breakfasts ;)”
