This place is very nice for a stop during a walk or bike ride around the neighborhood. The views of the Manhattan skyline are phenomenal. They have a NY ferry station that takes you to other stops in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. The pier itself is a bit dirty but that shouldn't deter you from visiting it.
super cool place to go
Beautiful place to relax and have a peace of mind. Everyone usually parks and hangs out under the tunnel. Great place to take pics
Great find! Not the cleanest pier but the least restrictive and simpliest. People fish off the pier and the benches are big enough for entire families to sit and enjoy the breeze off the river. Quaint pier with beautiful views of the bridge and lower Manhattan!
In the summer time it is great, in the winter, too cold.
You can jog by the water, they do need to put in new lights on the jogging path. and fix the pot holes, mostly at the bike lanes.
At night time you have a view of the city.
