Very efficient and friendly. They were here within an hour or two of contacting them and got the job done in under 20 minutes. The worker, Timmy, was extremely kind and informative, and I will definitely reach out to him and John the next time I need plumbing repairs.

I don't usually leave reviews but this company definitely deserves one. I was having an issue with the drain in my basement shower and after explaining the issue to John (the owner of the company I believe) he knew what it was right away. He said it's a simple issue that can be easily and quickly fixed. He said he can come by today and fix it for the service fee cost of $175.00 or I can save the money and he could tell me what to do over the phone or FaceTime. He walked me through it and within ten minutes the issue was fixed!!!!!!!! He was honest, knew there wasn't a real problem and literally helped me fix it and told me what caused it and what not to do to avoid this from happening in the future. Unbelievable!!! He could have easily charged me the $175.00 but was honest and upfront!!! I also called another plumber before them and explained the issue and was given an estimate of $225.00. I wanted to see if there was a cheaper one so I gave them a call and it ended up costing me NOTHING. It's been 2 weeks and I've had any issues since. Definitely will be using them for any plumbing issues in the future!!

The owner, John went above and beyond to address/remedy any issue or concerns. After voicing my concerns about the work done by one of the technicians, John personally arrived the very next day free of charge to fix the issue. NO company has 100 percent customer satisfaction, someone will ALWAYS manage to find an issue; what’s important is HOW the company handles/deals with these concerns. This company takes customer service seriously and are dedicated to costumer satisfaction.

If I told you that between my co-worker and I, we've called over 20 companies to find someone who could work on a bunch of jobs at my boss's place and then have at least 3 different plumbers come out but not be happy with any, you wouldn't believe me. This has been a year in the making but FINALLY, FINALLY we found someone my boss is happy with. I didn't realize how difficult it was to find a good plumber in NYC. My boss's place had so many issues and we needed to find someone who A: would service an apartment or condo (this was a HUGE problem we came across a lot) and B: would get the job done.

Well, thanks to my coworker, he found Peral Piping and my boss is happy with their work!!! We finally found good people! John is undoubtedly a New Yorker which is a good thing cause he just gives it to you straight. He's very honest, very responsive, breaks down the options you have, gives you his honest opinion and ultimately lets you decide what you want to do. Him and his coworkers (sorry, I can't remember their names) are super nice and friendly and have fixed all the issues that had to be addressed. They fixed a broken pipe that leaked into the neighbor's apartment, a kitchen sink, installed a water filter in the kitchen sink, fixed a toilet, and fixed a bathroom sink.

I will say they can be a bit pricey so be prepared for that but they will work with you. Really glad we found them after a long tiring search. Definitely worth the money if you need help with any plumping issues!
