Instalock Locksmith

Alex from Instalock just left. Excellent solutions to weird problems (old house--nothing is standard). He was here in a flash and was extremely personable and polite. Work is excellent and I will definitely call again when I need a locksmith.

After having an apartment break in, I had to have a better form of lock. I reached out to Instalock and gave me great advice in deciding what kind of lock would best fit my need. Installation went well and so far so good!

I called a few companies when I got locked out not knowing when they’ll come. This guy from instalock came out and was so quick and easy to work with. Forgot his name but I’m happy with this company’s service. I was in my house in no time when I thought it was going to take forever to get back in. Definitely recommend.

I needed a key for my apartment in a hurry -- I left my key at home (it was a boarding pass from the airport). I called Ben and he responded instantly to my emergency request. He came to my apartment, opened the door, and was able to get the key in a matter of minutes. He then took the time to explain to me how to cut a new key (I had never cut a key before). Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I thought it was a sad day for me when I realized I locked myself out from my apartment today, I ended up very thankful for this incident because of Man professional, responsible, and overall service helped me to rethink of what a true professional work is. I inquired Locksmith service from Google, and I've got several price quote from different locksmith places.Man called and let me know his price, and how long it will take. Man gave me a reasonable price, and he came at a reasonable time.Man was definitely amazing, he was able to open the door nub in two minutes. What I appreciated the most about Man was he did not just doing his job and leave, he pays attention to detail and make sure everything is in excellent condition.Man knew the loosen door nub could cause me to get lock out, he fixed it up to make sure everything is good.Man gave me a paper slip invoice in the end so I can reimburse locksmith to AAA :) Everything was done in 15 minutes.
