(October 19, 2022, 12:39 pm)I’ve been in therapy for a little more than a year now. My first therapist was very accommodating and understanding of my issues. My second therapist, I’m seeing now, has opened me up to a different perspective/world. I still have a ways to go, but I never thought I’d be where I am today. I think my overall physical health has improved as well.

The people at this facility really took time to listen to me and provide great care. I spent a couple of years going to therapy here and I have noticed how much it’s helped my day to day especially when dealing with stressful situations. The intake process is pretty simple and after review you’re paired with one of many therapists they have. They are very open to adjusting and catering services to your individual needs. Also shout out to reception who are always very communicative and helpful.
