I am truly bless to be a part of this parish for the last 29 years at Blessed Sacrament and now part of - St Sylvestre. I have had the pleasure of doing two retreats and looking forward to many more. Our community is one which is so enrich in the way we serve one another With love for God our Father thru the teachings of our Savior Jesus Christ guided thru the Holy Spirit. And each and everyone who touch our lives with their service. Beginning with the Priests and Deacons and all who do a little act of kindness with peace and most of all Love. To better serve our brothers & sisters in need. Whatever that my be.
Thank you Heavenly Father for you Grace, Mercy but most of all your LOVE. Amen
Very good Church for attending mass and also for worshipping Jesus Christ. I really like that now is associated with Saint Sylvesters church in grant
and McKinley this is also a well-kept church high quality maintenance and I invite everyone to Join either church in the weekend celebrations Saturday or Sunday you can check the schedule of the mass time on the website.
This is truly one of the most beautiful churches o in all New York City. It was worth the wait while renovations took place. They have a pretty decent parking space next door and the church itself is pretty spacious as well. I love coming here for Sunday mass there’s always a lot of people! & the neighborhood is very much involved in all church events.
This church is truly a family. I miss Father Frank but Fr. Jose's smile is contagious. He makes you feel happy to be a part of the Blessed Sacrament Church Family.
I lived around the corner on chestnut st. The convent across the street, School around the corner. Went to school and church from 6 to 13 years old. Church is most beautiful and I will tell anyone I have gotten the best Catholic education possible. This is where my faith was developed and has sustained throught my life.
