The location and ease to move in re: parking was amazing. The rep Kishana was fantastic and made onboarding simple easy and fast. The elevator and quick and the entire facility compared to others is well maintained, I’ll likely get another unit if needs require.

What made my experience good was Jeremy Jones who work at the Brooklyn location on Atlantic ave. I live in South Carolina and was looking for a storage unit for my daughter who currently lives in Queens. I never used a storage company before but Jeremy answered all of my questions as well as return all of my phone calls in a timely manner. Jeremy is knowledgeable, kind and have a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in a storage unit. Thank you again Jeremy for making this transaction smooth and allowing me as mom to have a peace of mind.

Had a really great experience moving my things in one hour before closing. Jeremy Jones and Nate Fields were incredibly helpful and were patient although my brother and I took longer than an hour to get our things into storage. They both have great customer service skills and made what could have been a very stressful situation, a seamless one!
