My Boyfriend is a Barista, and wanted a home espresso machine that is up to his skill level, so we popped into KL5 coffee one random Saturday afternoon in October. We were immediately greeted by Allison and Michael, and they gave us a tour of all the professional home machines they had to offer. There were so many to choose from that we needed sometime to think about which machine was the right fit for our home. We ended up choosing the Rocket r58 Cinquantotto. We had it a little over a month, and we absolutely love it. Runs perfect and consistent each time. We also purchased some accessories from them as well. I had a brew pressure issue on my Profitec Pro 500. Michael was able to immediately diagnose the problem (crack in the water tank connector port, which I never would have guessed), order the replacement part and have it fixed - along with a full brew group tuneup - all within a week at what I felt was a reasonable cost.
