Took our Allen & Heath QU16 as a client spilled beer on the display and it shorted out. They did a great job getting it cleaned and working again. Works good as new. Had to wait a bit for a part to arrive, but we are happy with the service.

Great place for amp and speaker repair. Have taken our JBLs, QSCs, Crown, Mackie, Rane, and various other gear to them for years and never had an issue. Lately, repairs have been slow, but it's like that everywhere including factory repairs due to the global supply chain issue. Just have to be patient as we try to get back to normal. I have been dealing with QSC for some factory repairs, and average wait time is 6-8 months due to part delays! Crown has a 18 month delay! It's madness everywhere.

I appreciate that this gem of a repair shop is still around, knowing that the art of electronic repair is a dying one. Qualified technicians are fewer and hard to find. I have an old Fischer amp from the 80’s that after many years of great performance now has only one channel working. Called dBm to see about getting it repaired and was told upfront about the initial cost of 150+ tax to diagnose the cause with the final cost likely to edge into a higher range before all was done. While I was on the phone, the technician found 3 different offers for the same amp on EBay costing under the likely cost of my repair.
The tech could have taken my amp in and charged me more but he provided options and an honesty that, in my experience, is often lacking.
