Great neighborhood gym with a friendly family like atmosphere. It's very clean and neat, and the staff is so kind. If you're interested in personal training I highly recommend this place. It soaked me into the fit lifestyle and training, and it changed my life completely.

Great place with special atmosphere and the trainers are knowledgeable and know how to help you to achieve your goals. They go an extra step to help you with meal planning, support you away from the gym and it makes you want to work harder! Would recommend to anyone that is serious about turning their life around. They did it with me and I am very appreciated!

This is by far the best gym in this area! They have loads of great equipment, all in great condition, and the place is always clean. Though it is never crowded, there are always people working out, and it definitely has a positive, motivational energy that pumps you to get your game on!!! There is also a private room with mirrors lining the wall, for when you want to work out alone, or focus on correcting your form if you are just starting out. They provide free, clean towels, and there is a shower and lockers for your convenience. Devon, the owner, is also really, really cool, and helps you out with anything you need, from correcting your form to giving advice on how to eat better, and how to speed up muscle recovery. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it.
