(February 15, 2019, 4:23 am)To say I'm happy is an understatement. The guy from A and B Carpet Cleaning who cleaned my office carpets, mats and couches today did an outstanding job. I got a courtesy call before he arrived letting me know he was on his way, he even arrived early. He went straight to work after answering all the many questions I had with thorough answers. It was a seamless day getting my office carpets, mats and couches cleaned by him and I could not recommend them enough for the amazing job that he did. They came after the office was closed so there were no issues there. Really good experience. I was very impressed.
(January 23, 2019, 2:26 am)A and B Carpet Cleaning does great work and their technician was very polite, efficient, respectful and pleasant. He cleaned my carpet and also went above and beyond and cleaned a few other items that were not included in the original order. Everything looked so much better after his cleaning work. He removed a stain I didn't think could be removed. He also was kind enough to provide referrals and make observations of others I might benefit from fixing. This company is very customer service oriented and that’s why everyone should hire them.
(January 15, 2019, 4:09 am)We just had the cleaners from A and B Carpet Cleaning at our place and I am so grateful. I called a week ago and was able to easily make an appointment that fit with my schedule. When we moved about a year ago, an antique chair my grandfather had custom made for my grandmother got some sort of grease on it. It was my fault for not addressing it sooner, but when I finally did I researched reviews to help me find a place. I wish I had a before and after pic to show. There is still no sign of the grease. They got it all off. The tech was very honest that there was only so much he could do, but the amount removed still exceeded my expectations. Also, the price was very reasonable. The assistant was also very gracious with my greedy little dog who kept insisting on getting pet while we did the paperwork. I would highly recommend this business.
(December 22, 2018, 6:20 pm)I contacted A and B Carpet Cleaning to clean a recent vintage sofa, 2 rugs. Everything about the process was so easy and efficient. From getting a quote to booking the appointment. It really could not have been more seamless. The technicians called when they were 45 minutes away and arrived exactly when they said they would. They were both courteous, professional, and friendly. Also it was very affordable. The result was great, and I would 100% use them again and recommend them to other people. In fact, I have never written a review before, and am doing it now. So, consider this an endorsement and book them without hesitation.
(December 5, 2018, 1:36 am)I am a renter and get my carpets cleaned every 2 years. A and B carpet cleaning did a great job cleaning our carpets in our two bedroom apartment. It took them only about an hour or so to do the job and they did it meticulously. They showed me every product they were using. I was really glad to see that they only use safe products that are certified by proper authorities. My son was getting a lot of allergies for the past 3 months. He is completely fine after we had the carpets cleaned. Often times you don’t even remember how dirty your carpets have become. I highly suggest you hire these professionals and head into a worry-free carpet!
