Great place and even better people. Was greeted when I walked in with kindness and was treated with respect and kindness all the way through my experience. Smooth experience compared to my past visits to other urgent care places. I’m thankful for the nurse who took care of me, one of a kind.
This experience was pretty good. The main complaint is that I spent a lot of time in the waiting room. I think it was at least an hour and probably more like an hour and a half. I also think the masks need to go. This is the only place that I have been to any awhile that requires masks. Please make masks optional. Once I was called, it was really quick. The doctor came in even before the nurse was finished checking me in. The digital checkout process was a little slow but probably still better than normal checkout procedures. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. I'd probably go back.
When it comes to the best Urgent care centers. I recommend Baptist urgent care. Their service is top priority for their patients. When you first enter into the waiting area the attendant greets you with the utmost respect and assistance to get you checked in. They give you the paperwork to fill out to start your process of being seen by a doctor.
The wait time has been minimal for the two times I have been.
Once the paperwork is processed the attendant will give you a wristband with all your information on it. When the nurse comes to get you to take you inside. They ask you why you are there to be seen. They take your vitals and tell you what they are, to assure you understand.
Michelle was my nurse the other day and she was very nice and listened to what I had to say about my situation.
She showed great concern and told me that the doctor would be in shortly to see me. It was a minimal wait again. Dr. Connie Liu was the physician on call, she showed much concern for my situation. She was very nice to me and gave me the diagnosis and solution to my situation.
They really care about you as an individual and they give you the best solutions for your situation.
I would highly recommend this facility for your medical needs and care.
When I walked in and was greeted by a very professional caring person. She heard how I was breathing and immediately ask me if I was okay and handed me a breathable new mask.
Gave me the application to fill.
Did not wait long to be seen, the person who escorted us in was very courteous. I was shown into a room and the nurse came in almost immediately and started taking my blood pressure and then proceeded to ask me why I was there. She very professionally explained to me that the doctor will come in to see and will help me resolve my chronic anxiety.
When the doctor arrived and greeted me, asked me several questions and very very professional went and explained how he will help me and told me that medication that I used was a control substance and they could not prescribed it to me but give me 3 days supply so it would help to get to see my doctor.
Baptist has always been an excellent, professional group.
The process to register was not complicated like other places & waiting time was not long, the receptionist, nurses, and doctors are ALL AMAZING and courteous. Joelle thank you for being so sweet to my ill parents who both have Covid and answer all my concerns. The place has all protocols in place, and what’s incredible is that I was able to get a prescription through a machine in less than 5 minutes. I really loved this urgent care and would recommend without a doubt. God bless you all at Baptist Urgent Care.
