Although it was difficult not being able to be with her during her exam due to current times, I was confident that she was being well cared for. The doctor called me during her visit to ask if I had any questions/concerns and to explain what was happening during her visit. When Lucy came out she was happy so I know she was in good hands. I was later able to email the doctor with additional questions, and received a prompt response to all my questions. I would recommend Animal Kind to anyone with a new pet.”
