(June 21, 2023, 11:19 am)We went to Faun for our anniversary dinner and greatly enjoyed it! We were looking for a place with great food and a fancier atmosphere without breaking the bank, and it was perfect. I have a food allergy, and they were very accommodating and communicative the entire time. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was super cute—we ate in the backyard, and since it was raining they put umbrellas and awnings up so we stayed dry. The service was fantastic as well. Definitely recommend for a nice night out :)
(June 1, 2023, 3:56 pm)We did our little wedding dinner at Faun about a week ago and I want to say thank you so so much! It was exactly what I imagined it to be with the very intimate and comfy atmosphere - inside and outside with their cute backyard. It was our first time there and we made the right choice. The staff was amazing! So kind and caring putting in so much effort to make it a special but warm evening for us. The food was excellent. We decided to do their prix fixe format and had plenty of leftovers to take home. All of our guests loved the food but were almost full after the second course. I cannot recommend Faun enough and we're definitely going to come back!
(February 18, 2023, 10:13 am)Came here for a date with my husband. The focaccia was amazing! We had two pasta plates. Mine was a bit too salty, but both really good. Great atmosphere and service. Good place for a quiet evening out!
(January 29, 2023, 10:36 am)Faun is a cute little restaurant in Prospect Heights, with a nice interior decor and a lovely outside patio. The food is very good, and my highlight was the house focaccia. I don’t remember having eaten a better one ever, and the whipped ricotta and olive tapenade were just AMAZING. Another fun experience was the reasonably priced flight of amari, an after dinner digestive liqueur, which was very fun to try out (light drinkers beware!).
(October 27, 2022, 8:16 pm)Cannot give Faun enough stars!! My husband and I had our wedding and reception here in September and it was perfect. The food was incredible — multiple guests said it was the best food they'd ever eaten at a wedding and one even said it was the best meal they have had! The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, flexible and friendly. When a guest unexpectedly needed a dietary accommodation, the staff seamlessly made sure she had a special dish made. The backyard was absolutely stunning and the staff moved furniture multiple times to make the ceremony, dinner and dancing all happen without incident. I cannot recommend Faun enough — whether for a once in a lifetime event or just a weeknight dinner.
