They're professional, friendly, and super prompt. Apartment hunting and moving suck but they made it almost fun!

Tina and Victoria are wonderful people! Realty Collective as a whole is a very different kind of real estate agency. They are truly connected to Red Hook and Brooklyn, involved in progressive local politics and are just the exact opposite of ‘opportunistic’ realtors. Every time we’ve gone to donate money to a local cause, we see their names already there. Just solid, trustworthy and caring people through and through.
Since this is a review of their business, we might add that they are incredible at what they do! They sold our home in Red Hook for more than the asking price. And they did this after we had to leave to care for a family member out of state: they took care of EVERYTHING and found the right buyer for our home. What more can you ask for!?
Tina Fallon originally found our home 9 years ago too, so we also have experience with Realty Collective as buyers. Tina and Victoria are almost transcendent in their approach: they have so much experience that they just have an uncanny ability to find the right home for you. And if you need to sell, they will find the right buyer.
If only all businesses were run like this…we just can’t recommend Realty Collective more highly!
(June 20, 2022, 5:50 pm)I had worked with Realty Collective a couple times for rentals over the last decade and always found them honest, straight forward, and willing to go above and beyond. And they KNOW Brooklyn. So when I was starting to think about buying, I reached out to Victoria for advice on where to start. I closed last July and love my new home. Victoria was truly a partner in the process playing roles of realtor, project manager, thought leader, therapist, and friend. All were needed as we were on our hunt at the height of the pandemic and its accompanying protocols, low inventory, and bidding wars. Victoria was measured and realistic and even had some real-talk when she realized I was going to be happier in a smaller space. She easily could have pressured me to buy more. I ended up in a co-op, so the Realty Collective team's guidance and organization in helping me prepare my Board package was key. It was obvious selling agents were eager to work with Victoria as they knew she would make the process seamless for everyone involved. Victoria and Realty Collective are true unicorns.
(July 21, 2021, 11:54 am)Victoria and Tina were absolutely stellar in helping our family buy a new home in Brooklyn. We could not have asked for more attentive, caring, responsive, and SMART brokers to represent us. They made the process easy and smooth. And they were just so honest the whole time with their impressions and instincts. We really valued them and 100% support working with them. Oh and their suggestions for an attorney and others were also spot on and made everything so simple. I'll be keeping in touch with them for sure.

She helped answer all of my questions prior to signing the lease and was supportive through the entire process, even following up with me after I moved in. I love my new apartment, and would recommend Realty Collective to anyone in the area who is looking to move.
