While it took a pro bono attorney a few months just to take a glance at the case and present us with a prosecutorial offer of nearly a decade behind bars, Arkady was on track immediately after we signed a retainer agreement. It was obvious he could open all doors and make the counterparty wonder if it was useful for them to put more pressure. I had a constant feeling something was happening - what a contrast to my prior feling of total abandonment. Eventually, the case ended before trial - with a time served verdict. This is a heavyweight criminal defense attorney!
