Matt was so kind n professional He had another customer with him but made sure to update me on my wait time. Which was not long at all. He showed me where the unit was n advised me on how to use the lock. n gate. Explained to me in details Although he was extremely busy He took his time n Did not rush me through the process. Ease of service. I reserved a unit online and it was ready for me with a welcome bag. It couldn't have been easier

1. My things were there 4 years and were in great condition when I took them back.
2. The place always seemed clean and safe
3. The staff were courteous

All the people I came in contact with were very helpful and professional. However their website is a little vague about the total costs. Nothing mentioned about having to pay insurance monthly or paying for a lock. Plus the amount I was quoted to move in($77) via email was not the same at the facility($144) However, I’m overall pleased with my decision.
