“I came into Laundrops on a Sunday, desperate to get my suit cleaned ASAP because my flight was on Tuesday morning. They were the only place open on Sundays in the whole neighborhood. The price was very reasonable, considering it was an emergency. Simcha and Larisa did an amazing job cleaning it and they even threw in a complimentary fix on my pants that were ripped from before. They called me Monday night before closing and told me that they were closing and concerned I still didn't pick up my suit. I told them "oh my God i completely forgot, I'm at work right now please give me a little time I'll be there shortly." Poor guys waited for me until I got there and had the suit ready in hands with a smile. Laundrops, you got a new lifetime customer! I'm happy with this kind of immediate, reasonably priced, and personal service. Can't wait to have more things to bring in to experience this again.”
