“Wonderful Doctor but miserable front desk staff. We have been coming here for years even though we moved 90 minutes away but he is still our "go to" Doctor. The front desk staff needs to take a class in customer service or have a few cups of coffee to brighten their day because they all have very nasty attitudes in person and on the phone. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible front desk staff. We love you Dr. Ratsenberg! Please don't change.”

“NY Family Docs is awesome. Getting an appointment is not a problem. The Dr's and their Physician Assistants are very caring and informative. They have about 9 different locations and have specialist in some of their locations and even have technicians working in their offices who do ultrasounds, and nurses who take blood if needed. The only problem they have is sending medications electronically to the pharmacists. I sometimes have to call the office or go back to the office so the Dr can send it again. Not good if you are really ill. Other than that, I highly recommend it.”
