“I have been using these headphones for four years and love them for their amazing sound and affordable price. I first bought these headphones in High School because I wanted to have good quality headphones for listening to music while studying and, I have been using them ever since. The headphones provide warm soothing bass at low register and clear tones at high registers and its open back design provides the listener with a 360-degree surround sound experience while allowing the listener to hear his/her surroundings. My main criticism is that since the company invests most of its money into making the best drivers possible, the build quality of the headphones is put on the back burner. After one year use, I had to get the headphones fixed because the headband and wires became damaged from wear and tear. If Grado Labs were to increase the price of these headphones by ten dollars to use higher quality materials, then these would be the best headphones on the market. Since Grado Labs does not spend money on advertising and relies solely on the word of mouth of its customers, I believe that increasing the build quality would be beneficial because more people will want to recommend these headphones which will lead to more sales. I would recommend these headphones to anyone that wants to buy their first pair of High-Fidelity headphones but don’t want to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on other brands.”

We found Carol and never looked back. She was such a delight and calming presence the whole way but most importantly helped our rehearsal and wedding day go seamlessly handling all the logistics of the day, taking care of getting our bags (and extra cake!!) waiting for us in the hotel room, tipping and keeping track of gratuity, effortlessly managing the flow of the reception and having two fabulous assistants as well. “Totally delivers. This box is just as promised, red. And the customer service is impeccable. Granted there are some down sides. Hollywood Video gave you the ability to stroll as you looked through your movie options. I liked the calisthenics of that. And finding a rare movie in the mix felt like a piece of treasure you had really earned by hunting for it. I particularly miss the awkward moment as a teenager when the clerk would uncover your second selection titled "Space Babes" or "Poison Ivy 5" and you'd have to try to act cool like it wasn't clearly a masturbatory aid. I think this generation is really missing out on a treasured experience. The location is good and the screen is usually clean. I do still think redbox should have hand sanitizer dispensers but their corporate offices haven't gotten back to me about that yet.”
