“Before working with Caitlin I was a little all over the place. I had lots of things I wanted to accomplish and routines I wanted to put into action but never took the time to or was patient enough with myself to do so. While working with Caitlin I have become more patient with myself and hold myself accountable for the things I want. I find that I have generally less anxiety and the daily tasks of life are much more enjoyable.
