Rochester Curling Club

I has never tried curling before this day. There were 10 of us in our group and we watched a brief video before heading down to the ice. Carol was an awesome instructor! She showed us how to be safe on the ice, and then how to launch a stone and aim and spin it. And then we were instructed on when and how to sweep. Then it was time to play! It requires such a touch and skill that you can't appreciate it until you try it. They make it look easy on TV. I found it addicting and will go again. Also helps that they have a liquor license and a good selection of draft and canned microbrews.

Had a blast at this curling place with my church people. The instructors were really kind in explaining everything and open to all questions. By the end of our session, I was itching to get back on the ice.
I did think the price was a little bit on the expensive side though. And they did require vaccine cards, just wished that they would have mentioned that more clearly beforehand.

We did a team builder here and it was the best time. The instructors were helpful and we all felt confident and awesome on the ice. They have a bar too, so afterwards we had drinks and food catered. I highly recommend trying this out...people of all abilities can do it!

Went here for a team bonding event and had a blast. Great, knowledgeable instructors and great selection of craft beer. Good curling!

Way more fun than any of us were expecting! My team and another from my work (total of 16 people) went for team building and it was a great time. Our instructors Carol and Mike were very helpful and friendly. It will definitely be hard to top this experience in the future!
