Excellent tai chi program and well priced

I started taking classes back around 2013. Within the next few years I started working at a call center, which could be very stressful. Taking some time each week to practice the T'ai Chi form was incredibly helpful, and I'm very thankful for it. It helped me stay more calm than I may have otherwise. While I'm no longer in a call center environment, I'm glad that I still get to continue refining the form that I learned. The staff are great, and I always enjoy seeing them. I highly recommend learning T'ai Chi here.

I have been taking the introductory 1-20 session here for the least 6 months. I have enjoyed every aspect of learning this mindful, balance-oriented practice. Early this morning I was walking my dog and slipped on the ice - both feet flew out from under me. Somehow, my t'ai chi training came to the rescue and I ended up standing squarely, balanced on both feet. All credit for preventing this fall goes to the Rochester T'ai Chi Center and my excellent, patient teacher, John Wagner.

The RTCCC is a non-profit school dedicated to promoting the benefits of T'ai Chi Chuan. It is operated by a group of highly qualified and enthusiastic volunteers. Having been a student of the RTCCC for the past couple years I highly recommend it. They offer a wide variety of T'ai Chi and Qigong courses at various times of the week and at a very reasonable price.

I have been studying Tai Chi here for 2 years now. The organization of the classes and levels is sensible. The teachers, all volunteers, are friendly and encouraging. The facility is a good one with ample space and mirrored walls. Classes repeat during the week too so if you can't go one day you can go another. If you you really want to learn Tai Chi and perhaps even something about it's martial application this is an excellent choice.
