I am typically a satisfied customer of most businesses, and leaving reviews is not my usual practice. However, my experience with Amsterdam Printing has been so outstanding that I couldn't resist sharing positive feedback.

From the get-go, I was impressed with their exceptional responsiveness. I had the pleasure of speaking with two different representatives and on both occasions, they went above and beyond to provide top-notch customer service. It's rare to find such dedicated and attentive support, and they truly exceeded my expectations.

Not only did they address all my inquiries promptly regarding my concern for timely delivery, but they also followed up to ensure that I had the pens in plenty of time for an event. And these pens are wonderful! Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly sets them apart from other companies.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Amsterdam Printing and their fantastic team for making my experience so remarkable. I will be a returning customer, and I'll gladly recommend their services to everyone I know.

Unfortunately they were not gel pens at all. When I contacted customer service via chat, and the representative said “it’s not your normal gel pen because it has a thicker ink”. It almost sounded like he’s had complaints before and that’s the response that they are to give. It didn’t make sense at all. This was my very first purchase with the company so I really didn’t know what to expect.

The representative offered a refund. If I had time to replace them before my trade show, I would have gladly done so because it wasn’t worth the price for ballpoint pens. The pen itself and the imprint was great quality.
