I had a great experience from walking into the door and being greeted. I was not hassled or asked over and over if I needed help once I let the person who greeted me at the door, know that I was looking for so when I was talking to on the phone. She informed me that Jessica was on the phone with another customer and will get with me as soon as she was done and she walked off. Which was cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following me around or watching me as I walk through the store. As soon as Jessica was done, she walked up to me, greeted me with a beautiful smile and started showing me all the things that I had texted her I wanted. She also took me back to her computer to look at other things that I may like. She made me feel like I knew her for years. I got to order a lot of things that I need it for my new house in a very short period of time with ease and confidence. I look forward to going back and buying more stuff because the process was easy and friendly all the way to me getting in my car and having people load stuff into my car for me. It was truly a great experience and I will be going back thank you Jessica, and all the people that worked on helping me with my grade experience. Sorry I don’t know everyone’s name. Oh, and I got one part of my furniture today and it was delivered in a timely manner. That process was also amazing. I got a call the day before asking me about my order and letting me know that they will be delivering between 12 and three. They got here about 1215 and they brought everything in put it together, was very friendly and make me feel safe. So I look forward to getting the rest of my stuff delivered because it was also a great experience.

Ashley’s Furniture’s representative, Jessica, was very helpful and patient with me. I was very comfortable and did not feel rushed, or pressured, into buying any furniture. It was my first time purchasing furniture and Jessica made me feel real comfortable in my experience. I look forward to future business with them.

I was looking for individual pieces and went to Ashley. Brian the salesperson was professional really tried to help me find the things I was looking for. The store was nice and there was a nice selection of furniture. Brain was not pushy and let me walk around but was always ready to answer questions. In the end it was a successful shopping experience and Brian helped me get a good price.

I called the Amsterdam Ashley Home Store and spoke with Brian about the Gavelston console table. I had a few questions about it, the military discount that Ashley offers, purchasing it, and delivery if I did purchase the table. He was very knowledgeable and polite and gave me the information that I needed to make the decision to purchase it. The Gavelston console table is exactly the piece of furniture I was looking for. The table needed to be ordered. It came in quickly and delivery was speedy and even on the 4th of July. This gorgeous, sturdy piece of furniture is one I will treasure for years!
