Staff was great helpful kind
I feel bad they make just above minimum wage and to find out that the upper echelon makes over six figures is definitely heartbreaking how can you help your community yet pay your staff next to nothing and you’re making five times what they make
They’re constantly calling the staff and if staff doesn’t pick up the phone they’re yelling at them wondering where they are the micromanagement is horrific
But yet I do not see upper management working alongside the people of the community
One thing to put your name there another thing to do it
