My husband and I were trying to buy a home in the Adirondacks by my extended family. The first agent we tried just wasn't interested in actually helping us. In this home purchase, not only did we get a house, we did NOT have to settle. It's in the Adirondack Park, it was a steal, and it had everything we wanted - lots of property, beautiful forested land, a solid home and investment, quiet and private area, such complete beauty but even a stream, a swimming hole and a zip line! If not for Erin, NONE of this would have happened. And NONE of it happened with delays BECAUSE of Erin!
