Welcoming staff was always pleasant. Bloodwork/radiology staff friendly. The procedures and techs friendly. Sometimes people come late for scheduled appts. And that throws everyone else off. Patience. Be glad you don't have to travel to Albany for same procedures. Economy and Healthcare workers are doing their best. They are getting and keeping you healthy. Slow down.
