Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a small wait for vehicle pickup after our accident, but just a couple days. Were able to get a free upgrade, which was sweet. We always feel a little nickel-and-dimed when it comes to car rentals, but it seemed reasonable. Return was a breeze, communication was clear. Would do business here again. Still waiting on the hold on the card to clear, so hopefully that goes as expected, as well.

I had a awesome rental from here for a few days while mine was in the shop. Very professional young man picked me up. Got me in a gorgeous SUV that I loved driving. Glad I got mine back now but would reccomend anyone to these folks and would use them again!

Very good customer service. The young lady and another gentleman did everything possible to make our experience easy. Admittedly, I was quite surly (not their fault) and they were professional, polite and very helpful. Their kindness and patience with me was humbling and theirs was the kind of customer service you rarely, if ever receive in any business.
I will use this service again (I promise not to be grouchy) and I will highly recommend this location to anyone who asks.
