The quality of the poultry is top notch and they are very organized. I have tried to source organic meats directly from a few places and Wrong Direction Farm is above the rest. The meat is tender, juicy, and very flavorful and you can tell the owner Dave and his family are passionate about their mission and their customers. You can follow along with the latest farm developments and get recipe ideas from his informative blogs.

I am thrilled to have found a farm that I can trust for exceptional quality and service. Thank you Dave and team!

My wife and I love to cook and take great enjoyment in using fresh, organic products. We know they cost more, but taste and quality are important to us.

We came across Dave Perozzi and his Wrong Direction Farm after doing considerable research to find a local farm that can provide a selection of high quality, pasture raised meat and poultry.

To date, we have been extremely pleased with everything we've ordered. The whole chickens have a great flavor and the meat is juicy and lean. The chicken thighs are especially great --minimal fat but still moist and juicy. We season and sauté them in a cast iron pan, flip over and pop in the oven. Super easy and super delicious!

The Cajun sausage are especially good too --none of that gristle and bone you find in store bought. And also minimal fat and grease. After cooking, we slice them and place them over paella rice or pasta. We have the same positive comments for the ground pork. It's a versatile ingredient we use in tacos, pasta sauces, burgers.

We've already ordered our Thanksgiving turkey and prime rib for the holidays.

So far we've been extremely pleased with the delivery and packaging. Everything we've received is rock solid frozen. All products are dated too.

If we've had a question, Dave is extremely responsive. He has a great website that explains the mission of his farm and his approach to farming.

So...go ahead and order...and get ready for a great meal!

I have been ordering meat and poultry from wrong direction farm for over 4 years now. The taste and quality of their products are far above anything that can be bought in a grocery store. I get a lot of happiness knowing exactly where my meat is coming from and that the animals are being treated so well. Dave and Rachel put a lot of time and love into their farm and it shows in the quality of the products they produce!

We have been customers for several years and are so grateful to have access to Dave and Rachel’s wonderful products. Meat from humanely raised, grass fed and pastured animals is the gold standard. We have loved the high quality of all the different meats and products we have tried, from beef and pork steaks to stir fry meats to beef stew to sausages to ground meats to brisket and pot roast to turkey and chicken.... and more! Including whole turkeys at Thanksgiving — so good! (We like the plain or smoked turkey legs for regular dinners too.) Shipment is fast and in very well-insulated boxes. And we look forward to Dave’s newsletters about family farm life. “Knowing the farmer” gives one extra confidence in the end product and the personal connection makes us happy to be a part of the good-food network.

I did not have any experience with buying meat directly from a farm before starting to order from Wrong Direction. I started about 6-7 months ago and now get all my meat from here. It is so simple to order and have it shipped. Especially since I had already gotten used to ordering groceries online. Everything we have gotten has been really delicious. It’s really nice to not have any questions about anything gross coming in from the meat we eat. Dave and Rachel make it whole thing feel pretty personalized. Strongly recommend. Also I will say their butter is heavenly...expensive but so good as an occasional treat.
