The PA Herman Tong was amazing. Provided medication on the spot that helped alleviate an annoying symptom that previous urgent care failed to do.

(September 28, 2022, 6:43 pm)Went for a quick checkout. Super professional and solid checkin process. The check in is via a touchscreen keypad so no need to yell out what you're there for (unlike the place I went to before). Solid experience. Very nice staff.

Open until midnight most days , kind front dest , no long wait time and she felt the dr really knew his stuff ! Great place plus nice parking lot ( important when you’re the waiting in the car )

I will never go back to CityMD again. The receptionists are nice, but the staff is rude and do not care about their patients. I month ago I visited them to get checked due to throat pain before a last minute flight to go on a vacation with my family and turned out to be laryngitis.

scratched my cornea yet again and went back just to make sure i wasn't doing anymore damage to the eye since i was here for the same probably around 2 months ago,,,i still had eye drops left from previous visit so they just took a quick look and sent me on my way,,,very nice staff,,very professional and they know how to calm down a freaked out baby like me.
