  Absolutely top-notch, super, all-around delicious experience does not do this restaurant justice. The restaurant itself is nicely appointed without being pretentious; it is small, so reservations are a good idea, especially on weekends. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, especially Sristi, and explain the menu and accommodate spice heat preferences. The menu offers many delicious choices from Nepal and Tibet, which are not available at other restaurants on Long Island. The food is beyond delicious, and prepared with a lot of thought and great skill. There is a great selection of vegetarian dishes. I cannot wait to go back.

  Cozy and accommodating restaurant with friendly and attentive staff, reasonable prices and delicious food. Drove 20 miles to try this place, was not at all disappointed but honestly noticed no difference between their food and Indian food in my own area, so for me not worth traveling so far. However if you live in the area I highly recommend it!

  Very highly recommended! A small, unpretentious but nicely appointed restaurant. The staff is welcoming and happy to explain the dishes on the menu and adjust dishes to desired levels of spice heat. The menu is expansive but not overwhelming, and offers an impressive array of Nepali and Tibetan dishes not easily found without venturing into New York City. Reservations are a good idea, as the restaurant is small; the staff are happy to accommodate. It is best to go on a weeknight, as weekends can get crowded, but Everest is ALWAYS a top, unique choice for those coming from anywhere on or around Long Island.

  A quiet restaurant with friendly staff. The food is excellent, but be aware if you are sensitive to spicy foods as some dishes may be too strong for you. If you enjoy food with a slight kick though, this place is a must-go-to.
