My son got into a car accident on Nov 10 2022, wrecking a good chunk of his passenger side fender, scratches to his passenger door and other miscellaneous damage. Mill Pond gave us an honest quote, helped us navigate the insurance claim and was able to repair everything, as promised, by Dec 2 (keeping in mind this is over Thanksgiving, as well)! Besides making this a painless process, they did a fantastic job on the repair as you can see from the picture. The car was cleaned, detailed and the staff was helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I have used Mill Pond a few times and have always been completely happy with their work. My car looks good as new and they make the entire process painless. Their detailing (included in the price) is pristine.

Been using Mill Pond for 30 years! They have outstanding customer service, going out of their way to make your unfortunate experience easier to deal with. And their expertise in bodywork is incredible. I recently had a minor front end accident with my Classic that had original paint from 1985. They fixed the damage, matching the paint to the rest of the car perfectly.

Such a wonderful and easy experience! I dented my car door and brought the car for an estimate. Peter looked at the door, gave me a fair price and said he’d have it fixed in two days.
