March 23, COVID-19 patients were flooding to hospitals, our doctors and nurses were so short of PPE (shields and protection gowns), I ordered 5 boxes of shields for donating to MtSinai Brooklyn hospital from online, worrying my order maybe out of stock, I called Sidra, told him -- "doctors and nurses really need shields, can he help to find some?" He found last case in his shop, waved my order, donated by himself . One day later, I called him again, to look for gowns for doctors who working in Nassau Medical Center, he refused to take my credit card, he donated his last case of gowns to doctors and nurses. -- No words can describe how much my appreciation to him! he is a person who super kind heart!!

My experience was wonderful at Sidra Medical Supply. The staff was knowledgeable and very kind. Since I was in a rush checkout was fast and easy. I would definitely reccomend and I will be back.

I highly recommend Sidra Medical Supply. They are extremely helpful, responsive and very kind. They were so helpful to me in making sure I got my order and keeping me updated with tracking information. And they carried the products I needed, which are hard to find.

There customer service and support is very good. My orders are reached before my expected time. Specially one of shipment was not available and out of stock by other sellers but they contacted me and arranged a new delivery.
