When Silver Rock stalled, he escalated on my behalf, called them repeatedly, and ultimately got the full scope of my legitimate repair costs approved—saving me from footing the bill out of pocket.

Steve didn’t just perform the repair; he fought for justice, ensuring the warranty company did what they should have done from the start. To me, that’s what being a trustworthy mechanic should look like.
